How to keep a Gratitude Journal

 grat·i·tude ˈɡradəˌt(y)o͞od/ noun the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness     I love the idea of a gratitude journal. I feel that it’s so important to notice the small things in life and to cherish them.  Everybody has good days and bad days. We’re always going to have bad days; those are inevitable. It helps if you have moments of happiness and love to cling onto when the bad days are crashing down on you. That’s what a gratitude journal is all about. It’s a place where you can write things you saw, things you heard, or things you did in this notebook. It doesn’t even have to be a paragraph; it can just be a sentence or two.
