This is how the lokai bracelet looks on my wrist.

Just recently, I purchased the Lokai Bracelet online. For those who haven’t heard of it before, it’s a bracelet that contains elements from the highest and lowest points on Earth. The white bead contains water from the top of Mount Everest while the black bead contains mud from the Dead Sea. The other clear beads in between are simply made of rubber.

The bracelet is $18 USD but after converting it to Canadian dollars AND paying for shipping, it was $28 CD. The cost is the only downside to this bracelet, as it is definitely not cheap. But I love the message of this bracelet. It’s all about finding balance in life. Sometimes, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world and that nothing can take you down. It’s at this time that you have to stay humble and not brag. Other times, you’ve hit a low and you think you can’t get back up. It’s at this time that you have to stay hopeful. Balance is key.

This bracelet is light, simple and beautiful. When I put it on my wrist, I don’t even feel it there. The only thing I don’t really like about it is that since it’s made out of rubber, dust and hairs get stuck to it easily. However, just rinse it off with a bit of water and it will be okay!

If you are thinking about getting the bracelet, I definitely recommend it! Click HERE to visit the website! Recently, mylokai came out with their first ever colour bracelet! Instead of clear rubber beads, the bracelet consists of light blue rubber beads in support of World Water Day. If you buy the bracelet before March 22nd (World Water Day) mylokai will donate $3 to charity for water.
